Antique French Pewter Decorative Classical Hardware / Mirror frame for Furniture 1900s One Piece made in France Roses

1900s antique classical decorative embellishment for furniture, walls, or wardrobes.
The lady I bought it from says it is for a mirror but have seen similar pieces decorating vintage furniture.
Leaves and Roses.
With a bit of patina but it can be polished if you prefer.
The casting is very detailed as can be seen in the photographs.
The piece lies flat.
It has five small holes for attaching.
It measures just under 32 cm (13 inches) long and 8.4 cm ( 3 1/4 inches) approximately.
