1950s Two sets of chocolate candy moulds/ molds for making columns for cakes.
Was used in a France professional Patisserie (Chocolate Shop).
Mould clips included.
Larger column has the number 120 on the mould but no name.
Measures 12.5 cm tall by 3.3 cm in diameter or just under 5 inches by 1 3/8 inches in diameter approximately.
The smaller column has the number 110 on the mould but no name either.
Measures 11 cm tall by 2.7 cm in diameter or 4 1/4 inches by 1 inch diameter.
Made in France.
No rust by a bit crazing on the smaller column. When I bought them there was still chocolate in the small mould. I have cleaned both.
It has been used before in a chocolate shop here in France.
